2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase courses or coaching services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, book excerpts, course materials, podcast episodes, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by Amy Liz Harrison / A-Team Press or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission. Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

4. Purchases, Payment, and Refunds

• Course purchases are processed through Thinkific and subject to Thinkific’s applicable payment terms in addition to this Agreement.
• Coaching session purchases are subject to the pricing and terms stated at the time of booking.
• Refund policy: “All course and coaching purchases are final and non-refundable,” or specify a refund window and conditions.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for courses, coaching sessions, or speaking engagements at any time without notice, though changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, Amy Liz Harrison earns from qualifying purchases made through Amazon links on this Site. This does not affect the price you pay.

6. Speaking, Podcast Guest, and Media Inquiries

Submitting a speaking inquiry, podcast guest request, or media inquiry through the Site does not guarantee booking or acceptance. All engagements are subject to separate written agreement covering fees, logistics, and terms.

7. Health, Wellness, and Recovery Content Disclaimer

Content shared on this Site, including the podcast, blog, books, and coaching sessions, relates to personal experiences with sobriety, addiction, recovery, and mental health. This content is provided for informational, educational, and storytelling purposes only.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
